Tower Financial Services, Inc. was originally founded in 1978. Prior to that timeframe it’s founder, Sol Blaine, was one of the founding members of a National Mortgage Association and was President of North American Acceptance Corporation. After Sol’s passing in 2002, the current President, and original founder’s grandson, assumed control.
